Shipping & Returns
Before our products are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped via USPS to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.
Rates for shipping within the USA are calculated based on the weight of your package, your location and the speed of delivery. Shipping costs, via USPS, are automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart as you place your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Leone Collection purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Leone Collection is happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 14 days of your delivery date.
To Process A Return
Email email@example.com. Please have your order number ready (reference your original confirmation email from Leone Collection).
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot be responsible for refunding items lost in transit.
If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly to provide with possible options.
Please note: Once the product is removed from its protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
