Before our products are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped via UPS & their affiliates to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.
Shipping Information
Domestic: We offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
International: Rates for shipping outside of the continental USA are calculated based on the weight of your package, your location and the speed of delivery. Shipping costs, via UPS, are automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart as you place your order.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
All orders ship within 3 business days upon order placement. Delivery with ground shipping takes 4-7 days within the United States.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Leone Collection purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Leone Collection is happy to offer an exchange or refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 14 days of your delivery date.
To Process A Return
Emailinfo@leonecollection.comwith your reason for return and include your original order number, shipping address and contact information. One of our representatives will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization number to use for your return. All returns are subject to approval.
To Process An Exchange

One of our representatives will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization number to use for your return. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped out via complimentary shipping.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot be responsible for refunding items lost in transit.
